These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 333 VPN app and services. By downloading, installing, or using 333 VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Use
   - 333 VPN is provided for personal and lawful use only.
   - You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all

2. Prohibited Activities
   You must not use 333 VPN for:

   - Engaging in hacking, fraud, or illegal downloads.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
   - 333 VPN is a paid subscription service.
   - Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or
   other authorised payment providers.
   - Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through your payment
   provider (Apple, Google, etc.) before the renewal date.
   - We do not process or store your full payment card details.
   
   

4. Service Availability
   - We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted
   access.
   - Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect
   availability.
   
   

5. Limitation of Liability
   - 333 VPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
   - To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSentry Ltd shall not be liable for any
   indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
   
   

6. Privacy
   Your use of 333 VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
   
   

7. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
   - Violate these Terms.
   - Misuse the service.
   - Engage in illegal activity through 333 VPN.

   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be
   subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
